Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Exam Hunt prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to provide high-quality products. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong or Damaged Product: Customers are eligible for a return if they have received an incorrect or damaged product. The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Submission Process: To initiate a return, customers must send an email to info@examhunt.in detailing the issue along with the original invoice and comprehensive information regarding the concern.
3. Condition of Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged, to qualify for a return.
4. Approval of Return: Exam Hunt reserves the right to approve or deny return requests based on the assessment of the issue and the condition of the returned product.

Refund Policy:

Upon approval of the return request and receipt of the product in its original form, Exam Hunt will initiate the refund process:

1. Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 15 days from the date of receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed only after the return request has been accepted by Exam Hunt.
2. Refund Method: The purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the original payment transaction.
3. Exclusion: Shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase will not be refunded.
4. Condition of Products: Refunds will be issued only for products received by Exam Hunt in their original condition as delivered to the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is allowed only before the product has been dispatched. Customers can request cancellations by contacting us via email at info@examhunt.in. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
